My rate for all of my services is $120 per hour. This includes on Zoom, by phone, and in person. Please take into consideration that for most people, holistic life coaching is a short term and/or infrequent commitment unlike seeing a therapist. I will prorate in fifteen minute increments for shorter sessions especially with established clients.
As of 9/10/25, my general hours for appointments are:
Mondays 10 am - 5 pm Eastern Time
Tuesdays 2 am - 5 pm Eastern Time
Wednesdays 10 am - 5 pm Eastern Time
Thursdays 10 am - 9 pm Eastern Time
Fridays 12 pm - 5 pm Eastern Time
